BEAM Controls hardware is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. In no event shall the authors or copyright holders be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability.

3. Cloud Services

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the BEAM OS Cloud platform strictly in accordance with these Terms. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall BEAM Controls, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
